Putin has had more than a little to say on the topic of US funded bio-labs in Ukraine

Putin and Russia have likely the most and biggest biological weapons development labs in the world. And bio-labs in other countries should not exist, but, when the enemy is the initiator and leader of chemical and biological weapons development, then, we had better be prepared to fight fire with fire. Chemical weapons have already been deployed in wars of the past, and Covid-19 was no doubt a biological weapon which got out of control, but, it was intended as a weapon by China for a future war. They got caught by accident.
