Joe Biden does not want legal separatism to come to the USA.
Examples are being made of pro-Russian Ukrainians.
The EU does not want legal separatism to come to the Europe.
Stuff could flow freely between the UK and Ireland & France if only the British leaders would put on EU collars of obedience. These collars would magically eliminate risk of transmission of plant and animal diseases.
