Russia had a bloody civil war against the Bolsheviks starting in 1918. I don’t think they were passive.
Yes, this is concerning.
But unlike in those examples there exists dossiers of every man woman and child of such detail that pattern of life can be determined.
They know who I am based on just the first three websites I go to. They know where I’m gonna be at 0900 on Tuesday.
No need to send an officer, just dispatch a drone. Oh, and they don’t need my labor, mostly just need me out of the picture. I guess they could just turn off my ability to buy gas. And also my buddy too, because he bought me some gas. Actually, no need to even have people do anything, this could all be automated and executed remotely.
