She's saying that poor people shouldn't have children.

I have to agree

If you are going to raise your children on the back of the taxpayer, you should not be baring children.

People should be responsible for supplying their progeny with the basic necessities of life.

If mom has 12 children and dad up and dies on her, she should be seeking out family or private charity to provide for them, not public funds.

Why do we have 3rd and 4th generation welfare children?

Because mom and dad know that they will not have to feed and cloth them.

Uncle Sam will provide.

“Uncle Sam will provide.”

I think removing welfare would be a more effective means than abortion on limiting the number of children poor people have.
