I'm not going to lose sleep over a person arrested for beating up his/her spouse or boyfriend or girlfriend, then getting slapped with a restraining order, and then losing their firearms temporarily.
How far does this extend since elsewhere someone charged with a crime and in court doesn't lose their rights if I recall correctly?
