Biden has an advantage in that he leads amongst the two demographics who have the best voter turnout: The elderly and college educated whites.
However, he has historically low approval ratings that no incumbent has ever recovered from to win re-election.
Trump also has a lot more paths to 270 than Biden has, with polling tied in Virginia and (shockingly) Minnesota and he leads in all of the Sunbelt and Rustbelt states (though there hasn't been recent post-conviction polling in WI, MI, and PA).
Trump wins NV, AZ, and GA. This means he needs ONE Rustbelt state or he needs to flip VA or MN. If he wins none of these and flips the NE congressional district, that's 269-269 and the GOP House calls the race (absent a faithless elector, of which there were two in 2016).
I don't know. I find it hard to believe that the "elderly", as a whole, supports O'Biden. I'm elderly and most of the folks I associate with at church are elderly, and most everyone despises the lying, thieving rat with a passion..
As far as the "college educated whites" go....well, that doesn't say a whole lot for our educational system, does it.??
Why are you using the leftist putdown “rust belt”? Are you a lefty in disguise?
One thing that I’ve never been able to understand is why Biden leads among the elderly?
Are the elderly that far to the left???Or like some people I have came across simply in denial about what the democrat party has become?
