When I toured Universal Studios back lot (on their tram) I felt for certain I saw the small “town” where his character was jailed.
The Bell 222 used for “Airwolf” was sold (IIRC) to a German air ambulance company. The helicopter, unfortunately, crashed and I think 3 people were lost (pilot, patient, medic).
Been awhile since I saw it.
The Hughes 500 (a claim in Magnum P.I. though I often thought it might be a 369) also crashed - this was caught on tape - it lifted off and went squirrely - amazingly the pilot survived (also IIRc)
