Gangs more than likely.....rival gangs attend a public event, run into each other and this is what happens.
Similar to biker clubs occasionally.....but FAR LESS often.
In 2015 there was a shooting at the Twin peaks restaurant between several rival biker clubs.....also in a Reno casino of all places in 2011 two biker clubs got into it.....but like I said, not often......in comparison, blacks seem to LOOK FOR an excuse to buss a cap.
The infamous Chris Rock standup on black people vs the N words is at least 28 years old now....nothing has changed since then.
