The polls that matter are the state-by-state ones because the President is elected through the electoral college, not a simple majority. Trump won in 2016, despite Hitlery Clinton getting 3 million more votes - a 2% lead.

Yes it will be a landslide - the critical electoral counties’ precincts are heavily targeted by seasoned poll workers - those with 2020 experience are the most in demand. Those ballot boxes get heavy after being counted several times, therefore the job needs to go to workers with proven stamina and strength.
