I give Biden at least a 2 to 1 edge at this debate (if it even happens). And that’s for one simple reason: the debate will be run by CNN.
Biden will get softball questions. The moderators will jump in to help if he freezes. And I wouldn’t be surprised if someone at CNN gives Biden’s team all the questions ahead of time.
For the life of me, I don’t understand why Trump doesn’t demand a neutral venue with neutral moderators. Maybe someplace like C-Span.

Yes. Biden will get at least one question that basically asks: “Mr president, why aren’t you getting the credit you deserve on the greatest, most successful economy of all time?”
“Along those same lines I must call Trump the Very Naive Debater.”
Trump has a high opinion of his debate skills. Calling “Sleepy Joe” or”Crooked Joe” all night gets stale with the undecided voters when he needs to explain why his policies are better than Biden’s.
