I think Trump is betting that Joe has already lost his marbles. I wouldn't take that bet. He's still functional with the drugs.
Joe has been a bully and a hothead, his entire half century in Washington.

My husband (who was born in Peoria, deep common man thinker), was in a bar in Iowa when the Nixon/Kennedy debate was being televised. A question was asked about President Truman’s “salty” language in the White House. Nixon said something like, “when I am the president I will use the language that is suitable and appropriate for use in such an historic residence”, or something with that tone. On the other hand Kennedy said, “I think that is Mrs. Truman’s problem.” My husband thought that night as did a lot in that bar, “Kennedy is going to win.” Which he did.
