You better hope they rule for Trump. Just about every president has some incidents in their administration that could be prosecuted.
Yep. I almost hope they don’t.
“Just about every president has some incidents in their administration that could be prosecuted.”
A President impeached by the House and removed from office by the Senate can be indicted and convicted of crimes in the regular court system after leaving office per the Constitution.
All American citizens today, including the POTUS, live subject to a nightmare judicial system where activist judges preside, “conspiracy” is a federal and state crime, and “conspiracy” can be just about any conversation between 2 or more people. Today “conspiracy” laws are frequently used to criminalize what should be constitutionally protected free speech. Someone can be having lunch with a friend, state an opinion a politician should be removed from office, the friend nod yes, and both end up being prosecuted for a conspiracy to commit murder or conspiracy to overthrow the government.
“You better hope they rule for Trump. Just about every president has some incidents in their administration that could be prosecuted.”

Just let some Republican prosecutor go after a Republican politician Bragg style, and you will see the forces of the main stream media crucify the poor guy. Everyone in the entire country will hear dozens of times each day how the prosecutor is an out-of-control zealot who needs to be placed in chains. The mainstream media will be out for blood. When the media is unleashed with a purpose they run like wild pack animals, picking the bones clean. The Republican prosecutor will be out of a job before it ever gets to court.
Going forward, every president will face prison from the other party when his term ends.
