I never said Cortez didn’t discover Baja. If I did, please show me where and I will stand corrected.

Way up the thread I had posted that *DeSoto didn’t make it past Texas.* and then DIRTYSECRET asked, "Interesting. Did Cortez?"

The closest he made it to was Baja, California in Northwest Mexico.
Then you replied to me:
Tenochitlan (Mexico City today) is not in Northwest Mexico.

You might want to look up Cortez and the Aztecs.
