Gaza has multiple roads leading into it from Israel and Israel is not stopping humanitarian aid. There are only a few possible reason for that pier ring build and none of them good. At best I think it was a political stunt to symbolically stand apart from Israel and, at worst, a way to ship arms to Hamas to he terrorists that hold at least a dozen American hostages.
How about a way to get unknown numbers of Gazans to the pier to be loaded onto ships to come to the USA?
