I hope that it is as simple as rescinding the subpoenas.
I suspect that a federal judge in DC will ultimately have to overturn the convictions.
It’s nice to find myself agreeing with Massie again-I am wondering if he would’ve thought of it sooner absent being too busy agreeing with the squad and trying to oust Johnson.
Hopefully it works quickly and is a get out of jail card.
