I swear, the more they repeat “convicted felon” the more people cringe at the dirty process that led to that conviction. Having had it already backfire on them, it’s an impressive commitment to stupid that they would continue harping.

especially with spending a huge amount of money, running on it. It looks to most of us to be completely staged and fake and most people are NOT going to go ‘yeah! He’s a felon’. No, they’re going to say ‘No, Joetato is a fraud!’

When they see that most voters who have not already decided either can see the frame+other lawfare, or don't care about Bragg's Rube Goldberg legal theory, Dems may switch to the E. Jean Carroll judgment.

  1. Women may remember something about it when they go into the voting booth. It's true that Carroll couldn't remember when it allegedly occurred, but women can be hard to predict.
  2. While it's true that Dobbs was a correct ruling, they are hearing 24/7 that Trump took away their "right to abortion."
  3. So far they are disappointed the "convicted felon" slogan propganda has not had the effect they hoped
