You reminded of something funny.
A few years ago, I was in Santiago and tried to order Chilean sea bass at a restaurant only to be told no such thing exists.
I came to find out that it is not bass, does not come from Chile and is really Patagonian Toothfish. LOL
Guess I’ll stick to Filet O’ Fish.
