They were talking about this on Fox a little while ago. Biden is sure to taunt Trump about the conviction in the debate and Trump will be restricted in what he can say. If he goes beyond the invisible line Merchan has in mind, he could be sent to jail. Maybe that’s why Merchan is keeping the gag order in place, knowing that the debate is coming up before July 11.
He should poke that bear next week. Send him to jail for his answer to a question in a Presidential debate. Let’s rip of the facade of freedom.
