And its pretty obvious from this “case” that judges - pathetic liberal arts majors with little costumes - should have no such power in this society

Our system works well when its members follow decent, moral and upright behaviors, steeped in societal tradition, with the Judaeo-Christian foundations we value. When its member do not, and deliberately so, the system is wholly inadequate to correct itself from within.
