Per their opinion above, a gag order that extends past the actual trial is an unconstitutional prior restraint of free speech.

Obviously, the New York appeals court is not going to overturn his conviction, either, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the “judge” gave him a super heavy sentence, too. The SC will have to be his recourse. But as for this gag order, he has first amendment rights like everyone else. The SC will HAVE to intervene.

I suspect the judge will consider Trump’s cooperation with the gag order (or not) in handing out the sentence. Looks like a setup in order to trigger Trump to provide the judge with more ammo.

They need him gagged for the Debate. He should have made a deal that no questions about thr conviction unless there is no gag order on him. Ot may actually be a good time to break the gag order. During the debate then when he’s arrested it will be reported that it was as a resultnof breaking the gag order During the debate and everyone can learn it’s a big scam. Now is as good a time as any.
