I’d go with - “corrupt” over “stupid”.

For that charge to be taken seriously it takes a willing listener willing to acknowledge there’s something wrong. That puts them on the spot making them go to work. They don’t want to acknowledge being a part of the problem.
If the issue is mail-in balloting we have to eliminate it entirely with no help from anyone. Will our elected representatives do it? Motor voter is still with us and it still hasn’t been corrected.
Let them say it’s racist. No ID-no vote.Who’s gonna stand up for it in a party of squishes?
