They are trying to confuse the issue by calling them cheap fakes. They hope you’ll think it’s the same as a deep fake but all they really mean is that they think it was deceptively edited. Hard to see how that could explain what the video shows though.

A closeup view of the Biden debacle. That final shot of “friendly Obama” caressing the
shoulder of the “out of it” Biden, as he led him off the stage, was definitely not in the script.
