From what I hear, the libertarian nominee for President, Chase Oliver won’t be on the ballot in Colorado or Montana.

It's relatively easy to get on the ballot in Colorado. No petition signatures needed. I think all you have to do is pay a fee. Last I heard, maybe 15 years ago, it was $2,000.

So if the LPCO doesn't put Oliver on their ballot, his supporters can pay the fee, and Oliver can run as an Independent in CO.
