Can’t believe Gorsuch voted this way. But the important thing is, we won.
Very disappointed in Gorsuch. He was supposed to be Scalia’s replacement. Not even close. Maybe there is no one close anymore.
Sometimes I wonder if a judge will go with the counter opinion when they know the side they are really on is going to win the decision.
This as a way to avoid the appearance of being set in their ways.
