I think all the Supreme Court needs to do is call out the lack of law involved with each case. Trump has no valid misdemeanors and you can't make felonies from that. Questioning the vote count is not a crime. There are no valid signs of Jan 6 coordination and the blame is with Pelosi, by her own words. The judges disallowed exculpatory
If you mean that is all they need to point out in support of a ruling in favor of immunity, I agree.
