The System is allowing abuse that is not only against Trump. The Jan 6ers and many others are getting it, too.
The System needs a correction. Exculpatory evidence must be provided, judges must drop senseless lawsuits, etc.
It should not be immunity for killing your wife or fraud.

That being said, that is really not what we are talking about here.
Maybe anything short of a true felony should be the cut-off.
