I saw a “broadened” video capture and in the case of Biden “wandering off” at the Skydiving show, it does appear to be somewhat contrived.
He appears to actually be chatting with one of the divers off camera.
Don’t get me wrong, there are numerous examples of him freezing, spacing out and losing his way but this does not legitimately appear to be one of them.
We don’t need to be contriving crap as it makes us look as dishonest as the dark side, besides there’s enough bonafide examples of Bidens dementia without having to resort to subterfuge.

While he does appear to be chatting with the other parachutist, I don’t think it really helps.
I have to say that I think if the parachutist knew that Biden was speaking to him, he would have at least glanced up. Then he would have seen who was speaking to him and he would have stood to attention. Biden may have spoken — we do not know — but not loudly enough for the young man to hear him.
It is clear that the people were supposed to stay in one place because it was planned that another parachustist would speak to them. Biden didn’t do that. That is how little focus he has that he can’t stay in place. If confused, he didn’t even follow what the others were doing, he just wandered off.

If his wandering off made so much sense, then why did Macron give the “go get him back” nod to Meloni, and why did she do it? She easily would’ve been able to see that he was engaged and wouldn’t have done it.
Considering the pecking order of dignitaries there, she is lower than the pedo. It would’ve been presumptuous, and not her “place”, to direct him.
At these gatherings, one of the people needs to be tending to his leash.
I agree about this particular video. It’s clear that Biden wasn’t exactly getting with the program as prepared, but there was some cause; it was not just a catatonic freeze. The video speaks for itself without over-characterizing it, which is petty and gives his backers an excuse to ignore the obvious.

As I understand it, they were getting ready for a photo shoot, and they were all lined up. Then Biden turns towards one of the skydivers and wanders off a few steps towards him. The lady had to round him up and the other leaders fell in behind him for the photo shoot.
