Like many corporate news hosts, Tapper and Bash are anti-Christian uber-democrats with severe TDS.
Is it even possible to find moderators who are reasonably objective with no political ax to grind?
What formats/protocol would provide better insight into a candidates positions without a moderator putting their thumb on the scale? How about this?
Candidates take turns asking one another questions - something like this:
Trump asks Biden question A.
Biden has 2 minutes to answer.
Trump has 2 minutes to respond (follow-up)to Biden's question A answer.
Biden has 2 minutes to respond to Trump's follow-up.
Moderator prompts Biden to ask his question.
Same sequence as before except candidate roles are reversed.
With this protocol, the moderator(s) are allowed no questions or comments. Their job is to strictly enforce the given protocol.
