My realistic hope for a second Trump presidency is to merely slow the continued Obama's fundamental transformation of America. Buy us time. For what, I do not know. If Trump can merely slow the open border invasion through EO, that will be a win. Any support by Congress or the courts for the MAGA agenda will be an unforseen bonus.
I do not trust the GOP. There’s a palpable reluctance to fully support him, no matter what the voter base wants.
Trump can only do so much on his own and has but three years to do it. I wish I could be more optimistic about it, but Trump is going to run into some heavy resistance.
