CNN host Jake Tapper said Sunday on CNN's “State of the Union” that if you looked at the numbers in some polls, President Joe Biden was a “drag on the ticket.”
Tapper said, “So you noted that Biden had had to campaign in addition to being leader to the free world, let’s talk about the campaign because Trump was in battleground Michigan last night making a pitch to African-American voters. Polls show Biden trailing Trump in key battleground states and polling well behind your senate colleagues who are running for reelection. Look at this New York Times poll from last month. Wisconsin Senator Tammy Baldwin is up nine points in Wisconsin. Biden’s only up two points.
Pennsylvania Senator Bob Casey up five in Pennsylvania, Biden’s down three, Arizona Congressman Ruben Gallego, running for Senate in Arizona, up four, Biden down seven. Nevada, Senator Jacky Rosen up two years in Nevada, Biden’s down 12. How can you look at this, these statistics, these numbers, and not conclude that Joe Biden is a drag on the ticket?”
Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) said, “Oh, that’s not going to be the case.”
Tapper insisted, “But look, look at the numbers.”
Murphy said, “That’s one poll.”
Tapper said, “You are happy for your colleagues, I’m sure, but Biden is underpolling all of them.”
Murphy said, “That’s one poll. I can also show you 60 other polls that show that Joe Biden is in the lead. There are many polls in swing states that show Joe Biden has a small lead. This is going to be a close race. There’s no doubt about it. But what we have consistently seen is that Democrats are outperforming polls because we’re seeing a surge of turnout, especially young people who are freaked out that Republicans led by Donald Trump are going to take away their right to reproductive healthcare, are going to destroy our democracy.”

They warn that the system is online, easily hackable, and often operates on outdated Windows 7 or older systems.
Key Points:
Easily Hackable Voting Equipment: All electronic voting equipment can be hacked as they must receive programming before each election from memory cards prepared on election management systems. These systems are often connected to the internet and run outdated Windows versions.
Spread of Malware: If a county election management system is infected with malware, it can spread to USB drives, which then transfer it to voting machines, scanners, and ballot-marking devices throughout the county.
Programming Practices: Most U.S. election systems are programmed by local county officials or third-party vendors. They use previously used USB drives on internet-connected computers before plugging them into scanners, tabulators, and voting machines.
Outdated Systems: In 2019, the Associated Press reported that most of the 10,000 election jurisdictions, including swing states, were still using Windows 7 or older systems for ballot production, vote programming, counting, and reporting.
End of Windows 7 Support: Windows 7 reached its end of life on January 14, 2020, with Microsoft stopping technical support and security updates.
Remote Access and Modems: Voting machine manufacturers have installed remote-access software and wireless modems, connecting voting machines directly to the internet. NBC News reported in 2020 that ES&S, the largest U.S. election machine vendor, had installed at least 14,000 modems.
Dominion Voting Systems: The second-largest vendor, Dominion, has publicly acknowledged using modems in their machines and running remote-access software during the 2020 election. For example, in Georgia, election worker Susan Voyles testified that Dominion employees operated remotely on ballot-marking devices and poll pads.
Findings from Wisconsin and Michigan: Investigations found Dominion and ES&S machines online and connected to the internet. In Michigan, a modem chip was discovered in an ES&S voting machine, potentially allowing hackers to intercept and manipulate election results.
Conclusion: Hackers can potentially infiltrate elections through vulnerable USB cards, election management systems, and voting machines themselves. This underscores the urgent need for securing America's election infrastructure.
My theory is that it is part of the Big Steal. The Dems and MSM must create the perception that it is a close race so they can steal it.

We should be very concerned about the personal safety of our Justices. The authorities (e.g. DOJ) already ignored a fedeal law against harassing them at their personal residences. We should redouble their bodyguards with full US Marshall and Secret Service protections as well as go after those including violence against them (including Schmuckie!)
Ukraine has become incredibly controversial and many think that if they get any more money it should come from their neighbors. The US has given far more money that we should have while ignoring the needs of many US citizens.

Agree on the threat to SCOTUS conservative justices. The Dems at a minimum want to intimidate the Court and even incite an assassination so Biden can replace one. Garland should have been impeached for failing to provide adequate protection and failing to arrest the unlawful demonstrators.

I don’t think it takes a big long sentence to stop some of the cheat. Even a year or two in jail would go a long way to stop some of the fraud that is rampant and unpunished under the current commie adm.
This race will only be close in states that have perfected voter fraud.

After several decades of conservative control of the Supreme Court and a string of rulings against their legislative and social priorities, Democrats and left-leaning media appear to be mounting an all-out assault against the judicial branch, casting doubt on its legitimacy and impartiality, while working to undercut the reputations and credibility of its more conservative justices.
Ostensibly conservative since the appointment of Chief Justice William Rehnquist in 1986, the court has generally not attracted comparable partisan scrutiny to the extent that it has under the Biden administration. The Roberts court, however, currently boasts three justices appointed by former President Donald Trump, who have solidified the court’s conservative character and handed conservatives decades-sought wins on abortion, gun rights, and affirmative action.
On Friday, for instance, the court ruled 6-3 against an administrative restriction from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) that banned devices attached to semi-automatic weapons that improve their rate of fire, generally known as "bump stocks." The ruling marked a win for Second Amendment advocates.
Far from an isolated incident, Supreme Court rulings have in recent years have managed to overturn decades-long practices and even long-standing precedents that favored left-wing politics.
