Is the bar association a private, voluntary organization, or is this the action of the State to restrict speech?
That the “law”, “judges”, “law enforcement”, “officers of the court”, etc. etc. have degenerated this far without any correction tells you all you need to know..
The CBA does not appear to be the attorney licensing entity in Connecticut. The CBA is a private voluntary bar. That’s not to say that can’t kick out members of their leftist club, but they can’t suspend or revoke a license to practice law. This crap is why I’ve never joined the ABA.
