Welfare offices and other agencies in 49 US states are providing voter registration forms to migrants without requiring proof of citizenship, leading Republicans and conservatives to call for swift federal action to stop the handouts.
Every state but Arizona — which recently passed a law barring the practice on state but not federal forms — gives applicants for either welfare benefits, driver’s licenses, or in some cases, mail-in ballots voter registration forms without demanding proof of citizenship.
There is currently no requirement on federal voting forms to provide proof of US citizenship, though it is illegal to falsely claim one is a citizen or for a non-citizen to cast a ballot in a federal election.
But millions of migrants with humanitarian parole, refugee or asylum status are eligible for benefits that would bring them to the offices where voter registration takes place.
The National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) of 1993 ordered states to register voters at the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) and agencies where Americans apply for public benefits — and those offices are required by federal law to hand over the registration forms along with the application papers.
If an applicant attests that they are a US citizen, that is considered valid on its face and the person is registered to vote.
The House Administration Committee last month approved the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act to require states to receive proof of citizenship when anyone registers to vote by mail, at a DMV or a welfare agency office.

People on welfare should not vote for Democrats because Democrats are giving all the welfare bennies to the illegal aliens in return for their votes.
The GOP needs to file for a nationwide injunction in several federal districts across the country, and emphasize the emergency nature of having the case decided WELL before the election. This could get to the Supremes in fairly short order, or not - but we’ll never know until and unless it is tried.
A federal law calling for immediate deportation of any non-citizen voting in any US election is long overdue. But Dems will encourage it anyway as they’ll just replaced the deported illegal. Bigger problem is that even if they don’t vote, they get counted in the census, which gives them representation.
What a mess!
We need to start the true rumor that illegal voters will be deported.

Republicans are not trying to stop it. Remember the 2022 election cycle. The one unforgivable sin any candidate could commit was fighting election fraud.
So on Election Night watch for DJT to be leading by 100,000 votes at 11PM and for him to be behind by 500,000 votes at 5AM the next morning.

There were huge lines in front of the desks helping non-English-speaking vermin who needed translators to get their voting card and go into the booth...
There were at least 5 different languages being translated...
In the past, we only got pissed at the hundreds of DC buses
bringing DC residents to MD to vote...
They would be in lines complaining about the number of voting locations they were being bussed to...
At least they were “citizens”, even if they were voting illegally in multiple locations...

How about a law requiring any non-citizen who registers to vote and/or who votes to immediately lose any possibility of citizenship, to lose all further free stuff (and is charged for free goods and services already received) and is immediately deported?

I agree! Republicans have KNOWN about this alien voting for many YEARS
They’ve been filling out these voter forms and probably ballots for every illegal alien Oregon for months now. Also in Oregon now, you can vote as long as you have a driver’s license no matter what.
Governors should identify some cases now and make a very public example of extreme punishment.
