You guys lost. Get over it. You’re beginning to sound like blacks who still whine and cry about slavery over 160 years after it was outlawed in this nation.
Yep. You had a relatively small number of primitive people occupying an entire continent. It was inevitable that they would be displaced by more advanced cultures. It was only a matter of time.
And I really get tired of the Left’s characterization of them as wise, gentle, peaceful people living in harmony with nature. The truth is that the Indian tribes were primitive, believing in pagan fables, constantly warred with each other, enslaved members of rival tribes, and contrary to the “in harmony with nature” narrative have been found to have intentionally stampeded huge herds of buffalo off cliffs and then only used a small portion of the resulting carnage, leaving the rest to rot. And while some tribes were more friendly toward European settlers, others were absolutely barbaric and often attacked whites without provocation. In other words, they were sinful people like everyone else, and undeserving of the glorification they have received from western civilization-hating libs. Sure, bad things were done to them in some cases by whites, but they also did bad things to whites and had a history of doing bad things to each other long before white people arrived. They hold no special moral standing versus any other people in world history.
And, incidentally, the same thing can be said for black Americans who constantly try to portray themselves as victims because of the history of slavery in the Americas. The reality is that slavery has been a worldwide phenomenon throughout world history, and those enslaved in one era have often been the enslavers in another. There were over 4,000 black slave OWNERS in colonial America, and there were also over 300,000 WHITE SLAVES in America (enslaved by the British) as well. In Africa, just as with the American Indians, black tribes often warred with each other and enslaved members of rival tribes. They then took many of these slaves to the African coast to sell to European slave traders. So black Americans’ African ancestors are every bit as guilty for the slave trade as were white Europeans. And that African slave trade continues even today, with Muslim Africans enslaving non-Muslim blacks and even selling them in slave auctions.
I’m sick and tired of primitive people being held up as somehow superior to the product of centuries of cultural advancement that occurred in Europe. Western civilization is inarguably the pinnacle of human advancement, and the displacement of primitive pagans by this culture was unavoidable.
