She's a liar. This has been the plan all along. Obama couldn't have his wife run right after him so he allowed slow Joe to be the nominee, cheated him into office, set up the government to be perpetually beast power friendly and now will instill big Mike. I’ve said it before in other threads, I think her not interested statements are fake. She is their cinderella story: Reluctant leader, throwing her hat into the ring to save democracy from Trump. The MOBama/Whitmer ticket is at the top of my list for this reason.
