Cutting “it’s junk off” will not change the fact that every cell in his body is still xy. He’ll still be classified as a male, with or without his “junk”. So I respectfully disagree, if he wants to compete, let him, with or without his junk, compete with other males. He can just be a curiosity in the locker room.
