It’s not so much voter turn out they win, but they do excel at finding ballots that are fraudulent. They win that by a lot.

Beg to differ. Rats get 'ballot' turnout, not voters. Republicans worry about votes (and polls, and other signs of voter preference like attendance at rallies), but Dhimms only worry about ballots.

It can *look* like voter turnout when you look at the poll lists later. In some cases, you have "voter" turnout (as measured by number of *ballots*) that is 120% of the population of the precinct.
