I was not aware that Israel had accepted any UN proposal Biden endorsed.

The US administration is playing propaganda games for domestic consumption to show they are "even handed".

1) There is no serious ceasefire on the table.

2) Hamas' (and Iran's) war aim remains to eliminate Israel (and all Jews everywhere and death to America) and no negotiation. I mention Hamas in particular because that's who Blinken is talking sh*t about this time.

3) Israel aims to eliminate Hamas (as long as Bibi is in charge but that could change).

4) The US war aim (here and everywhere) is to keep profitable conflict going even while yapping about peace.

These days it's more dangerous to be a "friend" of the USA than an enemy.
