A favorite parlor game among American political junkies in 2024 is guessing just how and when the Democrats will "help" Joe Biden make a graceful exit from the presidential race. The guy can't walk 10 feet to a podium without committing dozens of mental and physical faux pas along the way, so it isn't a stretch to think that November must seem like a century away to those who have to measure time in Biden years.
Before I launch into this, I will issue my standard Election 2024 disclaimer. I have no special powers of prognostication when it comes to politics here in the Republic; anything can happen in these acid-trip, topsy-turvy times. My commentary arsenal consists solely of guesses based on 40 years of observation as a political activist.
Regular readers of mine know that I have been swimming upstream against the current of popular "replace Biden" conservative opinion, particularly the idea that Gavin Newsom will somehow be placed atop a unicorn and delivered magically to the ticket. As I've repeatedly written, there are way too many moving parts involved with removing the present vice president of the United States from the board.
Oh, I've heard all the theories; I just don't think any of them are plausible. When most conservatives speculate on what the Democrats might do, they apply conservative thinking to the Dems' motives. They don't realize how committed the Democrats are to celebrating the two diversity checkboxes their double historic first veep filled out for them.

In my opinion the exit is coming soon, he will not be debating Trump come June 27th, either he has already made his exit, or with the help of the media they will use some excuse. The democrats are leaving the Biden ship, the media is letting truth slip out. There is just the people in the current Biden Administration that are holding on hard to the dream of 4 more years, clutching to that power that will inevitably be lessened when someone new is put in place. You can’t find a better puppet than a brain dead dementia patient.
The nuclear suitcase guy has to punch in appropriate codes.
These codes would include two PINs (one for Joe and one for the suitcase guy), missile activation codes and warhead destination codes.
At the missile bases, launch officers would have to do something like turn keys. They are probably told to call a Pentagon number, to listen to broadcasts and to try to use websites. I suspect no missile would fly unless a major city went ‘dark’. The launch officers would also have access to NORAD information.

Watch them swing for the fences when they dump Slo Joe. Have the FBI off VegPres, DOJ indicts the now dead MAGA pigeon perpetrator, big Wellstone funeral shindig introducing nominee Big Mike, start DOJ crackdown on “out of control” Trump, MAGA and radicalized DVEs like you and me.

And she is one of those bodies. Jill Biden is certainly not the force he thinks she is.

I think your post makes sense, with our corrupt agencies hard bent against Trump being reelected.
The only way this happens is if he stuffs the ballot boxes...again.
As all the lawfare continues to backfire, I don’t think, and I hope I am right, that they don’t take the step to make Trump into a martyr. They hate MAGA and everything they have done to Trump has only increased his support, but then they can’t seem to learn from their mistakes.

As of yesterday, biden’s a lock to stay until the bitter end. He must stay in power long enough to pardon/commute the First Felon Hunter. He can’t leave until sentencing, whenever that is. The tax trial will add to the First Felon’s time in the pokey, so Dad must remain long enough to spring Hunter before he is summarily dismissed. If the fix is in, Hunter walks. If not, biden can be proud of his son while speaking to him via phone.
