Remember this: if your state allows mass mailing of ballots to any and every address on the voter database, there is a high probability that your state officials have one database that they are publicly ‘cleaning up’ and a secret copy of the original database containing all the data that was there before the ‘clean up’ began. It is that database that will be used for the mass mailing.
If your state has RCV-enabled electronic voting machines, abd even states without RCV do, then your state is screwed anyway.
Best you can do is refuse to vote early or by mail.
Doing either gives Deep State a leg up on knowing how much they have to cheat.
