I think the fact that one must not lie about using illegal drugs on a legal document is a 5th amendment violation against self incrimination.

I don’t know much about the ins and outs of this subject, but why do you even NEED a gun application? I recall kids in my school getting guns at something like the hardware store or similar. They just bought them and I never heard anything about an application.
Doesn’t/can’t an application result in “infringed”?

At the time of purchase if you use those things daily maybe buying a gun is not such a good idea.
