The only things that use shells are shotguns and artillery pieces. I don’t know of any of either that holds 200.

Quick calculation: if you had a shotgun magazine tube that held 200 rounds you’d have an overall length of 44.3 feet.
This would make sense only if one was insane or demented or both, so maybe that explains it.
