Actually in modern English there are no grammatical genders, only holdovers in sex based pronouns and masculine generalizations (eg mankind, man, and using he/him as a pronoun for an unknown person).
So if the shirt showed text in Spanish would the statement “En español hay dos géneros” be okay?
