Still a felony. Hunter deserves jail time for so many other crimes disclosed ion the laptop.
They postponed that long enough to exceed the statute of limitations.
And I hope he does the hardest and longest time possible, but since he’s part of the protected political class, it’ll probably never happen outside of our dreams.
I have thought they would give up Hunter to help the narrative that Trumps “conviction” was legit. That said, l was expecting a hung jury. Of course they slow walked all the charges so the ones that could expose Traitor Joe passed the statute of limitations.

Now federal felon in gun possession starts at 3 minimum with departures up to skies the limit like full auto in a crime
