I’ve been saying that very thing. Every time they have to dose him up and supercharge his neurochemicals so he can read a teleprompter for 40 minutes, they reset his baseline even lower, and that’s despite the normal curve of cognitive decline.
However, I disagree about this particular situation.
The fact that he is paralyzed is a symptom of his cognitive decline, but more importantly in this case his physical decline. The guy can’t walk, he shuffles. His handlers are scared to death that he will fall. If he actually had to put a 20 degree angle in a knee and pretend to juke a little to some music, he could easily collapse!
