I'll pass on clicking on your link. Having seen my share of autopsies (I once worked for a pathologist) I can easily imagine what these depraved perverts are celebrating.

But one of the first thoughts that comes to my mind when considering "gender affirming surgery" is that there were "doctors" in Europe in the mid to late 1940s who were executed for doing the very same things to people in Germany,Poland and elsewhere.
