The Dems got hold of the 2016 ballots in the red Michigan counties in the summer of 2018.

The blue counties told them they could have the ballots in January 2019 [We're TOO BIG and TOO BUSY].

Result?

Blue wave in the red counties - no blue wave in the blue counties.

Interesting coincidence, that was.  

And "Dirty Josey" Benson has been "tweaking" the Michigan numbers ever since.
