SCOTUS nominees were, for a while at least, being leaned upon by Moloch-worshipping Senators on the Judiciary Committee to declare (logically and legally defunct) Roe v. Wade as “super-precedent”, shorthand for permanent or semi-permanent federal judicial law (which, theoretically speaking, is not a “thing”).

I don’t think any of those nominees ever said they would never overturn Roe.

I think they said something along the lines of how it was an important precedent and legal precedent is an important Concept in our laws.
