I’m sure a guy named Buck Johns is in the crowd or even on the stage. I worked for Buck at the Trane Company in the 70s. He’s a multimillionaire and has been a key figure and leader of the Republican Party for decades. Google him.

After Trane in the early 80s he started a Solar Heating company. One day Mike Wallace from 60 minutes showed up, doors were closed and Mike interviewed Buck. They were doing a story on Trane and how they used high pressure sales tactics to sell Central AC to poor people in Southern California. Buck had left Trane but they talked to him and it was shown on 60 minutes. circa 1981 or so.

Buck was a member of the Balboa Bay Club, a friend of Reagan and he’s quite the enterpreneur. A Brilliant Engineer from Arkansas, beautiful home on the back bay of Newport.
