It was an experimental craft with a fuel selector that required unbuckling to reach.
A mirror was required to read the fuel gushes.
Denver had to uses pillows to position him to reach controls
Finding says probable cause was inadvertent right pedal actuation while trying to move fuel tank selector valve.
Denver inadvertantly put the plane into a stall when trying to switch the fuel tank.
