At 90, you can get disoriented, dizzy or pass out doing rather simple stunts. Even at home, just turning around suddenly, can make a person woozy. Loops in a plane? Oh yeah.

You are correct...I’m pushing that age and I find myself turning too quickly from the stove to the fridge or whatever and knowing it was the wrong thing to do...or getting out of bed too quickly...stop, sit on the side of the bed before moving off the bed...
